1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, or on weekends, will be processed the following business day.
If we experience a delay in processing your order, you will be notified by email.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer various shipping methods to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available for orders placed before 3:00 PM EST)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the shipping method you select during checkout. You will see the total shipping cost before completing your order.
For expedited and overnight shipping, the cost will vary depending on the shipping option selected.
4. International Shipping

- Delivery Time: International orders can take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days depending on the destination and shipping method.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier's website. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, in the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at PrettyKitty16Girl@gmail.com. Claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed within 7 days of delivery.
7. Address Errors
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Please double-check the shipping address before completing your purchase. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
